Everything in the 6465MSHT-4P, plus the switches and wiring to complete the job. This complete kit gives you the full system in one box — mechanical core, controls, and wiring — so you can go from crank handles to power windows on all four windows without sourcing anything separately.

Like the partial kit, the 6465MSHT-4C is engineered specifically for the 1964–1965 Chevelle, GTO, Cutlass, and Skylark. These units bolt in and do not require any modifications, though drilling may be required.
