Specialty Power Windows Warranty Information

We offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all Specialty Power Windows products purchased directly from us or through an authorized dealer. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.


  • Coverage: We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part found to be defective. Warranty service is provided FOB factory.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
  • Claims Process:
  • To submit a warranty claim, contact us first to obtain an RGA number.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the defective part to us.
  • If a replacement is needed before the defective pat is returned, we will charge full price up front. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the defective part within 30 days.
  • If the part is returned within 30 days, we will refund both the purchase price and the original shipping charge.
  • Non-Eligible Purchases: Products purchased through third-party resellers (e.g. eBay, swap meets) are not covered under this warranty.
