Specialty Power Windows Returns & Exchanges
Returns
All return requests must be approved in advance and accompanied by a Return Good Authorization (RGA) number. To request an RGA, please contact us directly.
- Time Limit: No returns will be accepted after one year from the original date of purchase.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and fully resaleable.
- Restocking Fees:
- Returns within 90 days may be subject to a restocking fee, based on the condition of the returned item.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns made between 91 days and one year.
- Eligibility: Only products purchased directly from us are eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase is required.
- Shipping: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
