Shipping Policy

SALES ORDER PROCESSING :

Please allow up to 24 hours to process your initial sales order.  In most cases, a sales order confirmation via email will be sent the same day. 

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION :

Once your parts are ready to ship, we will process payment and send you a confirmation receipt along with shipping tracking information.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 8am – 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES :

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

We offer international shipping to most countries.  Lead times may vary depending on final delivery address.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Specialty Power Windows is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
